Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. seeks a energetic Manager In Training to lead day-to-day store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll train under our leadership team, supervise staff, and help optimize scheduling, merchandising, and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience.
• Leadership experience preferred in retail, guest service or restaurant settings.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team; train, schedule, coach.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain clean store appearance and manage cashier operations efficiently.
• Support store leadership in food service operations and other duties as needed.
