Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join as a Managers In Training, supporting the Store Manager and driving exceptional guest experiences across a Cumberland Farms location. You will work with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, covering varied shifts and learning every aspect of running the store.

You will develop a strong store team, manage schedules, and ensure in-store cleanliness, food safety, and in-stock conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role preferred.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure product levels are in stock and merchandise is properly rotated.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support food service operations as needed.
