Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Managers In Training candidate to join our retail leadership team. You will support the Store Manager, develop a strong store team, manage guest service, and help ensure in-stock levels and store cleanliness across shifts.

Expect hands-on training with managers and opportunities to move into store leadership roles across our network. This full-time role requires flexibility for day and night hours, weekends, and holidays, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Experience in retail, food service or restaurant management is preferred.
• Soft skills: strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and maintain 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Keep store clean and organized; ensure coffee and food service areas meet standards.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager with other duties as assigned.
