Cumberland Farms is seeking a motivated Manager In Training to support daily store leadership, guest service, and team development. You will learn from seasoned leaders, train staff, schedule shifts, and help drive sales while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

This full-time role offers hands-on training across operations, merchandising, and guest experience, with opportunities to advance within a growing nationwide chain and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full for a 100% in-stock experience.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and oversee coffee station, food service area, and restrooms.
