Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a full-time Manager In Training. You’ll support the Store Manager, coach team members, and help maintain in-stock levels while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep in-stock levels high.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations offering hot food.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support daily store operations.
• Support the Store Manager and District Manager as needed and cover shifts.
