Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a motivated Manager In Training to lead daily operations at a Cumberland Farms convenience store location. You will work with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager to learn store management, vendor relations, and guest service excellence.

Ideal candidates have a strong retail or food service background, high energy, and the ability to train others. The program offers growth opportunities across our 1500+ sites nationwide and requires full-time availability

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred for the role.
• Leadership experience in retail or guest service is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety in applicable locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support store operations.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager with training and supervision duties.
