Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a high-energy retail leader for our Managers In Training program. You will support the Store Manager, develop the store team, and ensure outstanding guest service across shifts.

Training weeks pair you with seasoned managers while you learn store operations, merchandising, and guest experience in a fast-paced convenience-store environment. Join our bench leadership and grow within 1500+ sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus.
• Leadership experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile! Deliver exceptional Customer Service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot-food locations.
• Maintain a clean store: interior and exterior, stock coffee station, keep food service area and bathrooms clean.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager in hot-food locations and perform other duties as assigned.
