You will learn to manage day-to-day store operations, work with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager, and support the Store Manager in building a strong team and delivering exceptional guest service. Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year retail or food experience.
• Leadership experience in retail, guest service, or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a store team including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and keep shelves stocked for 100% in-store availability.
• Oversee merchandising, food safety, and quality control in locations with hot food.
• Maintain clean store appearance and manage tasks to keep areas tidy.
• Operate cash register efficiently and support daily store operations.
