Cumberland Farms in Johnston, RI is seeking a high-energy retail leader for our Managers In Training program. You will learn to manage day-to-day store operations, guest service, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

The training process includes weeks with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, ongoing shifts with the team, and after training you join our bench leadership, ready to fill in during absences and advance to your own store.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft skills: customer interaction, energy, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching of team members.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot-food locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support the store manager in daily operations.
