Training weeks involve hands-on mentoring with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, paving the way to our bench leadership team. A strong retail background and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Retail or food experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a store team.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain 100% in-stock across products.
