Turkey Hill seeks a motivated Manager In Training to learn day-to-day operations of a convenience store, support the Store Manager, and develop a high-performing team. You’ll rotate through shifts, train with managers, and gain hands-on experience in guest service, merchandising, and food safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and maintain full stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support food service operations and other duties as assigned.
