Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Manager In Training at our convenience store location. You will support the Store Manager, train and coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest shopping experiences.

This position offers full-time hours, a structured training program, and opportunities to advance across Cumberland Farms' network. Candidates should have at least 1 year in retail or food service and be ready to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• At least 1 year retail or food service experience.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong guest service mindset and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Maintain in-stock levels and rotate stock on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety programs for hot food locations.
• Operate cash register efficiently.
• Support store leadership and perform duties as assigned.
