Turkey Hill is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Manager in Training at one of our convenient stores. You will learn to manage day-to-day store operations, lead a guest-focused team, and support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service.

This full-time role offers hands-on training, opportunities for advancement across Cumberland Farms’ network, and a comprehensive benefits package including health care, 401(k) matching, and discounts for team members.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching to build a strong team.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure in-stock items are available.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs in locations that offer hot food.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure coffee station, food service area, and bathrooms are spotless.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager in food service operations and follow guidelines.
