Loaf N Jug is seeking a highly energetic retail leader for its Managers In Training program in Colorado. You will learn to manage day-to-day operations, support the Store Manager, coach team members, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our convenience-store locations.

You will train with seasoned leaders, rotate through shifts, and develop skills in staffing, merchandising, food service, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile and deliver exceptional Customer Service
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness inside and outside
• Operate the cash register efficiently
• Support food service operation where applicable
