Loaf N Jug is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn day-to-day leadership of a busy convenience store. You will train with a Manager team, rotate through shifts, and prepare to lead operations, guest service, and staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and hands-on coaching, with a path toward bench leadership as part of Cumberland Farms' network.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of retail or food experience.
• Preferred 1 year in leadership in retail, guest service or restaurant.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team (training, scheduling, coaching).
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor; keep stock full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety (where applicable).
• Maintain store cleanliness and coffee station; delegate tasks as needed.
