Job summary
Loaf 'N Jug is seeking a motivated Manager in Training to learn day-to-day operations of a convenience store. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership team to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience and lead a team in fast-paced retail settings.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of retail or food experience.
- Preferred: 1 year in leadership in retail, guest service or restaurant.
- ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching.
- Monitor stock levels and keep product in stock.
- Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety programs.
- Operate the cash register efficiently.
