Job summary

Loaf N Jug is seeking a high-energy Manager In Training to join our team in Colorado. You will support the Store Manager, develop a strong store team, and ensure excellent guest experiences across all store operations.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, stock control, merchandising, and food safety oversight where applicable. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within our fast-paced retail network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, food service or restaurant management preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and ensure 100% in-stock at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure coffee, food service areas, and restrooms are spotless.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Support management in long and short term planning and executing store policies.
