Certified Oil Corporation is seeking energetic retail leaders for Managers In Training to learn how to run a Certified Oil convenience store location, working with Training Managers and Supervising Managers across shifts to understand our operations, team dynamics, and guest experience.

After training, you join the bench leadership team, with growth opportunities as Cumberland Farms expands its network of nearly 1500 locations across the United States.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or food service leadership preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock in-stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Maintain a clean store interior and exterior, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
