Certified Oil Company is seeking a Managers In Training candidate to lead guest services and team development in a fast-paced convenience store environment. You will learn daily operations, coaching, scheduling, and store leadership alongside senior managers.

The role emphasizes customer service, team collaboration, and operations excellence, with ongoing training and opportunities to advance within Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or food service experience.
• Preferred 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and coaching a strong team, including training and scheduling.
• Monitor shelf availability and ensure 100% in-stock levels.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety in locations offering hot food.
• Maintain a clean store and ensure coffee and food service areas, restrooms are spotless.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager in food service operations and other duties as assigned.
