Job summary

Certified Oil Corporation is seeking a Managers In Training to learn day-to-day operations of a Certified Oil convenience store. You will work with Training Managers and Supervising Manager across shifts, supporting the Store Manager and the team to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor; ensure 100% in-stock status.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in hot food locations.
• Keep store clean and organized; manage coffee station, food service area, restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently; handle transactions accurately.
