Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Managers In Training to learn day-to-day operations and lead a Cumberland Farms convenience store location.

You will train with experienced managers, rotate shifts, and develop skills to support the Store Manager and team in delivering a top-notch guest experience. Expect engagement in leadership training, coaching, and exposure to store operations, vendors, and guest services across a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in retail, guest service, or restaurant leadership preferred.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a store team; train, schedule, coach.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure 100% in-stock when possible.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in hot food locations.
• Keep store clean and organized; manage coffee station and restrooms.
