Job summary

Tom Thumb C-Store is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Managers In Training. You will support the Store Manager, train and schedule staff, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement.

You will work alongside leaders during training weeks, rotate shifts, and later join the bench leadership team to fill in during absences. Growth opportunities exist across Cumberland Farms’ network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or food experience.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role is preferred.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling and coaching.
• Monitor product levels and maintain 100% in-stock status on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising and food safety programs where applicable.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support daily store operations.
