Job summary

Turkey Hill is seeking a highly energetic retail leader for a Managers In Training role at our Berwick, PA area location. You will work alongside senior leaders to learn store operations, guest service, and team leadership while supporting the Store Manager.

You will rotate shifts, gain hands-on experience with vendors and guests, and join a bench of leaders with opportunities to move into a Store Manager role across nearly 1,500 Cumberland Farms/Turkey Hill locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership preferred.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team.
• Monitor product levels and ensure in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance; manage coffee/food areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Assist in food service operation and other duties as assigned.
