Job summary

Cumberland Farms in Brockton, MA is seeking a high-energy Manager In Training to learn the day-to-day responsibilities of running a Cumberland Farms location. You will train with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager while supporting the Store Manager and team to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience.

This full-time role offers a structured training path across shifts, a path to bench leadership, and opportunities for growth as the company expands across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum education required: High School or GED.
• At least 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Ensure product levels are in-stock and maintain store cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and safety programs in hot-food locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
