Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a high-energy retail leader for our Managers In Training program in Massachusetts. You will train with experienced managers, learn day-to-day store operations, and help build a strong team to deliver excellent guest service.

You will rotate through shifts, support scheduling and coaching, and work toward assuming store leadership responsibilities. We offer comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a chance to advance within a nationwide convenience store

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or food experience.
• Leadership experience preferred in retail, guest service or restaurant settings.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and exceptional service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching of team members.
• Maintain in-stock levels and rotating stock on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where applicable.
• Keep store clean and organized, including coffee and food service areas.
• Operate cash register efficiently and support store operations.
• Support food service operations and other duties as assigned.
