Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to train, schedule, coach and develop team members.
• Comfortable with using POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager in building and developing a strong store team; train, schedule, coach.
• Monitor product levels; ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper coffee/food service setup.
• Operate cash register efficiently and support store operations.
