Job summary

Certified Oil Company is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our Managers In Training program. You will support the Store Manager, build and coach a strong team, and ensure exceptional guest shopping experiences.

During training, you will rotate shifts with Training Managers, learn operations, and prepare to lead a store. This full-time role offers growth into bench leadership and opportunities across Cumberland Farms network.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and build strong store team.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Maintain product levels and in-stock conditions on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety where applicable.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper coffee/food service setup.
• Operate cash register efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store/ District Manager.
