Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.

• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Oversee delivery and installer service specialists and merchandising staff.
• Supervise recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, promoting and disciplining team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks and interviewing.
• Support store manager in safety compliance and training across the team.
• Make sales calls and conduct weekly customer outreach as needed.
• Maintain store/HUB operations and payroll, scheduling and timekeeping.
• Review KPI dashboards and monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.
