Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alphanumeric characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Oversee hiring tasks, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Train new team members and participate in wage decisions.
• Ensure safety training and compliance across the store/HUB.
• Support store manager with scheduling, payroll, and KPI review.
