Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Coordinate recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations; recommend pay increases.
• Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates.
• Support safety compliance and ensure staff training across all areas.
