Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and store operations.
• Supervise store team and coordinate with district management.
• Train new team members and evaluate performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting staff.
• Support safety training and scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Participate in customer calls and merchandising.
