Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and team operations, including professional and retail segments.
• Recruit, interview, evaluate, promote, and discipline store team members.
• Communicate meeting information to all team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring processes and scheduling.
• Support safety and training initiatives with the management team.
• Make sales calls and manage store operations as assigned.
• Maintain delivery fleet records and keep store neat and organized.
• Learn payroll entry and timekeeping systems; manage scheduling.
• Monitor gross profit, returns, and price controls; review KPI data.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.
