Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist in store operations and supervise professional and retail activities.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluations.
• Train new team members and manage payroll, scheduling and timekeeping.
• Participate in safety compliance and weekly/monthly manager meetings.
• Make sales calls and support customer service and KPI tracking.
• Monitor gross profit, returns, price matches, and store KPIs.
