Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program lasts 16 weeks, with virtual and hands-on learning and mentorship from district leaders and store managers.

Anticipated weekly hours are 45, full-time status, and a competitive pay range of $18.50 to $28.67 per hour. This role requires a High School diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience, and retail management experience or CVS supervisory
