Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program runs 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training and hands-on learning.

You’ll work with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to build leadership skills, merchandising, customer care, and inventory management while aligning with CVS values and market needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer care.
• Ability to execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Ability to manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
