CVS Health Corporation is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

The SMIT program includes guidance from your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach, with a typical weekly commitment around 45 hours and a pay range of $18.50

Qualifications

• Communication skills to lead a team and convey clear directions.
• Customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

• Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
