CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It combines virtual and hands-on learning to develop you as a leader over a 16-week period, with support from District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Anticipated weekly hours are 45 and the Time Type is Full time. The pay range is $18.50 - $26.25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to support and lead your team.
• Provide high levels of customer care.
• Implement merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in learning experiences to support promotion during the program.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead per CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of CVS's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
