Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training focuses on developing leadership skills with virtual and hands-on experiences.

Participants work with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to build readiness for store leadership roles. Anticipated weekly hours are 45, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leaders during the program to support promotion paths.
• Support store operations as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values.
• Engage colleagues in CVS's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
