Job summary

CVS Health is seeking individuals for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced collaborative training with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to build leadership skills, merchandising, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is valuable.
• Willingness to take promotion within the market.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training to develop into a CVS Store Manager.
• Support and lead your store team through both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.
• Engage in customer care to deliver high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies and manage inventory to maintain profitability.
