Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The development track runs 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training and hands-on practice.

You’ll be supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach as you grow toward leadership responsibilities in the designated market.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication to lead a team.
• Customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion during the structured program.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
