Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This 16-week, self-paced program blends virtual and hands-on training to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role.

You will be guided by a district leader, HR business partner, training store manager, and a store manager coach, with responsibilities including customer care, merchandising, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to support and lead a team.
• Experience delivering customer care and service.
• Ability to implement merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets to protect profitability.

Responsibilities
