CVS Health is hiring for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT), a development-focused program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week program combines self-paced learning with hands-on experience to build leadership and store operations skills.

You’ll be supported by a District Leader, HRBP, and Store Manager coach as you gain skills in customer care, merchandising, inventory, and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leadership to support pathway to promotion.
• Support store as part of the management team and lead per CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues to support CVS purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
