CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop you for a CVS Store Manager role. The SMIT program is a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

The role emphasizes communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management while preparing you for future store leadership.
