CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The structured 16-week, self-paced training combines virtual and hands-on experiences, with support from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Successful SMIT participants actively engage with learning experiences, support the store as part of the management team, and align with CVS values and policies as they progress toward leadership roles in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to promote within designated market and transfer between CVS stores.

• Lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
