CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. This development-focused role spans 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training and hands-on experiences.

You will learn through virtual and on-site sessions with your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach, building leadership skills and readiness for promotion.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to lead a team.
