Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week program blends virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.

You will practice merchandising, customer care, inventory control and team leadership while upholding CVS values. A high school diploma or GED is required; a four-year degree or retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; a four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
