CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager within our store network. This 16‑week, self‑paced program blends virtual and hands‑on learning to grow leadership capabilities with guidance from your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

We anticipate you will actively engage in learning experiences, support the store as a management team member, and be prepared for promotions in your designated market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervision experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well to support and lead the team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
