CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program spans 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning, guided by district leaders, HR partners, and Store Manager coaches.

You will engage in leadership experiences, support store operations, and aim for promotion within the designated market. Successful candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and retail management or CVS supervisory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; college degree or relevant experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead store team during training program.
• Participate in merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
• Work 40 hours weekly; full-time role focusing on leadership development.
