CVS Health Minnesota is launching a Store Manager In Training program designed to develop you into a future CVS Store Manager. This development-focused role combines self-paced training with hands-on learning over 16 weeks.

You will work with your District Leader and Store Manager coach, gain experience in customer care, merchandising, and store operations, and have the opportunity to advance into management roles within the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
