CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program. This 16-week, development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a district leader, HR partner, and store manager coach to build leadership skills and drive results. The program emphasizes communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management to prepare you for advancement within the CVS store

Qualifications

• Selection for SMIT does not guarantee promotion to Store Manager.
• Willingness to promote to Store Manager in designated market.
• Ability to transfer stores within the market.
• Ability to work a schedule that varies by business needs.
• A high school diploma or GED
• A four year college degree or relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the store leadership team to run daily operations.
• Lead and develop team members through the structured SMIT program.
• Engage with leaders and follow CVS policies and values.
• Contribute to store sales growth via merchandising and customer service
